The Spectra website and dealer management system are provided by Spectra Systems Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17166889, whose registered office is 9 Borrowdale Close, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 3RW. In these terms, "Spectra", "we" and "us" mean Spectra Systems Limited.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Spectra platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Description of service
Spectra provides a dealership management system built for caravan, motorhome and campervan dealers, and usable by car and van dealers. It includes tools for stock, sales, workshop, parts, finance, CRM and reporting.
User responsibilities
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Spectra of any unauthorised uses of your account or any other security breaches.
Intellectual property
The software, visual interfaces, interactive features, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of Spectra are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limitation of liability
In no event will Spectra or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including for any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the site or the service.
