Spectra provides a dealership management system intended for motorhome, caravan, and campervan dealers. This includes tools for inventory management, CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Spectra of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other security breaches.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, visual interfaces, interactive features, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of Spectra are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Spectra or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including for any lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the site or the service.
