Parts and shop

One parts stock for the shop, workshop and website.

Parts come in against purchase orders and go out against sales orders, workshop jobs and the till. From Professional, the online store sells the same stock the counter does.

The Spectra point-of-sale terminal with caravan parts by category, prices and the current sale.

What it does

A catalogue with more than one supplier per part.

Categories and parts carry multiple suppliers with price history, and stock is costed on a weighted average, so the margin you see reflects what you really paid.

  • Multiple suppliers per part
  • Price history
  • Weighted-average costing
  • Stock-take and transfers between sites

Order, receive and return.

Purchase orders and goods receipt keep what you ordered against what turned up. A backorder is fulfilled automatically when the stock arrives.

  • Purchase orders and goods receipt
  • Backorders from three sources
  • Supplier and customer returns (RMA)
The purchase orders list with draft, sent and partially received orders to suppliers, each with a Receive button.

A till that knows your customers.

The point-of-sale till supports customer groups, pricing tiers, a markup matrix and price lists. The till, workshop jobs and sales orders all draw on the same parts stock.

  • Customer groups and pricing tiers
  • Markup matrix
  • Price lists and bulk price editors
  • Discount codes, and surcharges from Professional
