Every plan includes the Assistant, mail drafting, Content Studio and the marketing email and document template builders, with no add-on charge. Professional adds the automation builder, Document Import, catalogue spec extraction, AI Suggestions and MCP. A fair-use policy applies to AI usage, so ask us if you expect very heavy use.
Yes, and we do it. Onboarding is included in every plan: we move your stock, customers and opening balances into Spectra and train your team. On Professional, Data Hub also lets you import more yourself from CSV, JSON and Excel, and AI Document Import reads scanned documents and PDFs. We will show you what maps in a demo.
Starter covers 5 users and Professional covers 15. Enterprise has no user limit. Talk to us if you are not sure which fits.
Yes. Sites and depots, per-user site assignment, cross-branch stock search, transfers, branch P&L and group consolidation are part of the platform. For larger groups, Enterprise removes the limits. Prices are per site, so each extra site adds to the plan price. Talk to sales about the shape of your group.

Connecting your own accounts, such as Xero, Twilio, HMRC or DNA Payments, needs you to hold those accounts with those providers, and their charges are theirs. Whether Spectra charges for any connection is something we confirm at the demo.
